A strand of hair is an outgrowth of dead cells and the protein keratin that grows up from the hair follicle. Generally speaking, you should exfoliate any area with containing ingrown hairs daily. This mainly helps to remove pore blockage. You will get less in-growths and your hair will grow back with ease. Also, try going for steam baths regularly, scrub them gently with sponge. Continue waxing regularly. Your hair growth will diminish.
